Nearly 20 Years of Joyful Travel
Celebration Tours was founded with a simple belief: travel should be joyful, stress-free, and accessible to everyone — especially those who have earned the right to sit back and enjoy the ride.
Based in Pelham, Alabama, we have been crafting unforgettable group travel experiences for nearly two decades. From spring tulip festivals in Michigan to magical Christmas markets in Europe, every tour we design is built around the comfort, safety, and delight of our travelers.

Tour Policies & Info
General:
All tours are fully escorted. We use up to date, new motor coaches, most equipped with wifi and all have restrooms. Our drivers are required to have safe driving records. All motor coaches comply with State insurance requirement. Celebration Tours' top priority is dedication to your safety & comfort as well as providing an interesting & pleasant experience.
Departure Locations:
Most motor coach tours will depart from the Birmingham, AL area although pickup locations may vary. Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. DAY TRIPS - TBD. EXTENDED TOURS - pick up locations will vary. In most instances long term parking will no longer be available.
Deposits:
All extended tours require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Final payment due dates will be stated on each individual tour information sheet. NO FINAL STATEMENTS ARE MAILED. One day excursions are to be paid in full at the time of your reservation. PLEASE NOTE: requests for tour information does not constitute a reservation. All trips are filled on a first pay, first served basis. We cannot hold spaces for anyone. ROOMING: we will no longer offer triple or quad rooming options.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Celebration Tours LLC will gladly refund all of your monies due to lack of trip participation. EXTENDED TOURS: If you cancel prior to the final payment due deadline, a full refund will be given. NO refunds after the final payment due deadline. Trip cancellation insurance is available and recommended. We are not, however, responsible for denied insurance claims. DAY TRIPS: No refunds will be given 7 days or less from the departure date.
Important Notice:
Smoking is NOT allowed on the motor coach.
Seating:
Seat assignments are NOT given. Seating is determined on a first come, first choice basis.
Tips & Gratuities:
Driver and escort gratuities are not included. Rule of thumb is: $3.00–$5.00 per day for each separately.
Itinerary Changes:
Celebration Tours may need to change the routing, hotel, and/or sightseeing services of any itinerary previously outlined, should local conditions warrant. We hold no responsibility for delays, losses, or accidents incurred by hotels, transportation companies or any other public services involved in the operation of our tours.
